What does it cost?
Every job gets a free quote, and the price depends on the size of the surface and how much build up is on it. Send the address with a couple of photos and you get a real number back the same day.
Do I need to be home?
No. Point me at the outside tap and leave the gate unlocked, and the job can run while you are at work. You get a message when it is done.
Will washing damage my siding or paint?
House washing is a soft wash. Low pressure and the right cleaning mix lift the algae and pollen without stripping the finish, which is the opposite of holding a pressure tip against the wall.
Matte or gloss sealer, which one?
Matte keeps concrete looking like plain concrete, just cleaner and protected. Gloss darkens the colour and leaves a wet, finished look. Both go on after the surface is washed and dry.
Do you do the inside of the windows too?
Yes. Interior and exterior glass, plus frames, sills and tracks, and the screens come out, get washed and go back in.
Do you work weekends?
Seven days a week, 10am to 6pm. Saturday and Sunday are normal working days.
How soon can you get out?
That depends on the week. Ask when you send the address and you get a real day back, not "sometime next month".
